Our team consists of 2 members from Canada. We have over a 65 years of combined experience to make your visit amazing!

You will notice that things have changed a little bit now that we have come out of Covid 19 restrictions.
Due to a shift in client bookings and reduced staff, the salon will now be open Monday- Friday.
Saturdays winter (summer every 2nd week).
​
Joan is evolving the salon space to accommodate her hair & beauty photography business Saturday- Monday.

Hours vary based on time of year and for each stylist. Best to check on our online booking to see individual schedules.

At this time we are not offering beverages, magazines or a waiting area.
​
We value your business and therefore are not implementing our annual April price increase this year or applying a merchant surcharge for Visa & MC use.
If you can pay with DEBIT it would be greatly appreciated to help keep our operating costs down, which helps us to pass the savings on to you!
There are a few things we ask of you for us to operate as safe and smoothly as possible:

1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment. You can enter the salon at your scheduled time.
2. If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid, fever, shortness of breath, dry cough, tiredness please CANCEL and reschedule after 14 days and DO NOT ENTER the premises.
3. Keep personal belongings to a minimum such as a cell phone and card.
4. Please wash and sanitize your hands upstairs upon arrival at our hand washing station once inside the salon.
5. No dogs or other persons to accompany other than for medical reasons.
6. We look forward to making you look and feel beautiful in the healthiest way possible!
7. On snowy/ wet days we ask you to remove your boots and wear our slippers. Please feel free to bring your own if you so desire.

JOAN NOVAK
Owner, Master Colourist & Stylist, Photographer
Joan is the salon owner, master colourist & hairstylist.
She has colored the locks of many Hollywood actresses, musicans & worked backstage for NY Fashion Week.
She is a former North American Guest Artist for Goldwell. This enabled her to share some of her 35 years of haircoloring experience with other salon professionals all over the world!

Joan is a published award winning hair & beauty photographer.
Shooting for hair and beauty professionals for their hair competitions, beauty branding and social media content.

Nancy has been in the hair industry for 34 years.
Successfully owning her own salon practices for 10yrs throughout BC and now her life has brought her to Whistler.
​
She joined our team in 2012 and brings to us her passion for hair and continual love for education !
Nancy has completed the KMS IQ Advanced Cutting Class with all the new and latest cutting techniques .
Nancy has the advanced education in creative and advanced colouring techniques, and has used the Goldwell coloration system for 25 yrs.
Also specializing in Whistler wedding services on location or in the salon !​
